You get 5,000 stitches included in the embroidery charge. This equates to your name or company name in one of our standard fonts. This must fall in an area of 100X40mm. Any other designs you need to e-mail us the logo and we will get back to you with a price.
Normally within 2-3 weeks, but if you need something very urgent we try to oblige without charging you an express service.
In most cases where it is just a name there is no initial set up charge if you use one of our fonts and stay within the set area. If it is a different font or a logo a charge will be advised before we start the work. A set up charge is only once off for the same design

In most cases it goes by a national carrier but we also use Royal Mail.

Yes, but you will not be refunded carriage and you will charged 20% for handling. The garments cannot be worn and must be returned in the original wrapping.
I would recommend the embroidery except if the design is large or on the back. You will get a larger design for your money.
For embroidery just follow the washing instructions. For the print wash as the washing instructions, but iron on the reverse. If you iron on the front and the print is damaged we will not accept liability.
In the case of embroidery and print we will give you the closest colour available. For screen printed garments we can match to pantone colours, but any screen printed order will be quoted separately and cannot be ordered on line.

Yes, we can supply most garments you may want. These will also be offered at very competitive rates.
Yes, but we would quote separately and take no responsibility for damage caused by us to the garment.
